    I agree with you!!

    I was a broker and I can honestly say that although there are hundreds of banks at a brokers finger tips they tend to use the same 3 or 4 because they are lazy or enjoy the kick backs. I now work for the one of the largest banks in the mortgage business and when I campare rates brokers usally can't beat the bank anymore. Banks are more likely to lower there rate to keep a relationship these days. Don't forget that all those bogus fees go away too.
